Abstract

|
Objective : The study analyzed the vocational evaluation tools for injured workers, which are increasing interest rates for return to work programme, focusing on Functional capacity evaluation.
Methods : Among the commonly used tools in the United States and Australia, functional capacity assessment tools were analyzed around six tools highly recommended for reliability and validity.
Results : Based on the analysis format and time of validity, reliability and validity, and related costs, each assessment tool has different characteristics and has different components.
Conclusion : The results of this study could be used as a baseline for choosing functional capacity evaluation equipments and for assessing vocational evaluation abilities for injured workers in the future.
